NCPR'S Speculator Facility Changes Frequency from 89.3 to 97.5 fm on June 22

North Country Public Radio's Speculator facility will change its position on the FM dial from 89.3 to 97.5. This frequency change will enable the station to provide better reception to the area. Weather permitting, the change will take place on June 22, 2006. NCPR asks listeners to stay tuned for updates.

NCPR'S WXLU Station Changes Frequency from 88.3 to 88.1 fm on June 20

North Country Public Radio's Plattsburgh/Burlington/ Peru facility WXLU, which serves the Champlain Valley, including Clinton County and Northwestern Vermont, will change its position on the FM dial from 88.3 to 88.1. This frequency change accompanies a power increase from 200 watts to 1000 watts which will enable the station to provide better reception to the area. Weather permitting, the change will take place on Tuesday, June 20, 2006. NCPR asks listeners to stay tuned for updates.
