On the August Agenda: Big topics this week include a review of the laws surrounding docks, floathouses, and boathouses in the Adirondacks. The subject has grown increasingly controversial, with the courts ordering some residents to tear structures down. The APA is also expected to approve a new cell phone tower in Essex County and will review management of Lows Lake, a popular destination for paddlers and float plane tourists.
