Dec 04, 2007 — Murder, deceit, greed and water are all ingredients in a new murder mystery set in the Adirondacks. The book is titled, A Murderous Thirst - Death Comes to the Adirondacks, by Aileen Vincent-Barwood. She's been a foreign correspondent for the CBC, and editor of the St. Lawrence Plaindealer newspaper in Canton. Vincent-Barwood has also written books about life in the North Country and winters spent on a remote island in the Bahamas. In A Murderous Thirst, we follow former crime reporter Tyler Scott's return to her hometown in the Adirondacks. Life is shattered when she learns of a plan to build a luxury resort. Todd Moe spoke with Aileen Vincent- Barwood about her new novel.
