Republican incumbent John McHugh and Democratic challenger Mike Oot
North Country Congressman John McHugh agreed Thursday to face his Democratic challenger Mike Oot in three debates next month in the race for New York's 23rd Congressional District seat. The decision comes after several weeks of wrangling, especially over a proposed town hall-style format. Jacob Resneck reports.
