Hudson River guide pleads guilty after client drowns
North Creek, NY, Nov 27, 2012 — A rafting guide from North Creek has pleaded guilty to criminal negligent homicide following the death of a client on a tributary of the Hudson River this fall.

Cuomo seeks $41 billion from US gov for Sandy rebuilding

Hogansburg, NY, Nov 27, 2012 — The U.S. Attorney General's office is defending the St. Regis Mohawks' land claim in its entirety. That's after a judge recommended throwing out most of it last fall.
