Preview: Battle of Plattsburgh Commemoration

A series of events in Plattsburgh this week will honor victims and survivors of last September's terrorist attacks, and those of an 1814 battle along the Canadian border. Todd Moe talks with historian Colonel David Fitz-Enz, about the Battle of Plattsburgh, which began on the morning of September 11th, 1814.
