In trying to read the tea leaves for November, we spend much of this week's episode of our "It's All Politics" podcast trying to figure out what the Tea Party movement is all about. Are they simply conservative Republicans who distrust government and higher taxes and bailouts? Are they voters who stayed home in 2006 and 2008 because they were angry at President Bush and the GOP and are now re-energized by their anger at President Obama?
As always, our podcast fails to shed any light on the issue.
Plus: more speculation on the impending Supreme Court seat vacancy, the surprising Kentucky GOP Senate primary, a famous name returns in Harlem, and an open House seat in Florida is no longer open.
And while you can decide its quality, I'm sure you'll agree that it's longer than last week's episode. Hear it here:
