How's this for a question during a job interview: "If you were the shrunk to the size of a pencil and put in a blender, how would you get out?" Apparently, it's a real question — asked in an interview with Goldman Sachs. Another, for a position with Capitol One: "Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 how weird you are." And Facebook: "Given the numbers 1 to 1000, what is the minimum number of guesses needed to find a specific number if you are given the hint "higher" or "lower" for each guess you make."

The questions were compiled by Glassdoor.com and posted at the Huffington Post in December.

There's a slide show with more than a dozen other sample questions from what purport to be actual job interviews. You can find that at Huffingtonpost.com.
