"At least seven civilians have been killed in the central Syrian city of Hama as government forces intensify their attacks on the city, activists told al-Jazeera."

Reuters reports that "Syrian forces and gunmen loyal to President Bashar Assad shot dead at least six civilians in the second day of raids on the city of Hama on Tuesday to crush protests against his rule, residents and activists said."

The Guardian has posted "disturbing footage from Hama [that] purports to show fleeing protesters being shot at."

As has been the case throughout the recent months of protests and violence in Syria, foreign journalists are not at the scene to independently witness what's happening.
