A Country Remembers Sept. 11

Sep 11, 2011 (All Things Considered) — On Sunday, the country remembered one of its darkest days -- Sept. 11, 2001, when nearly 3,000 Americans died in a series of terrorist attacks. Host Guy Raz looks at the day's events in New York; Shanksville, Pa.; and Washington, D.C. President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and former President George W. Bush were among the speakers.
