Workers at Gingrich's Florida primary night headquarters in Orlando give "Newt" a lift. (NPR)
Jan 31, 2012 — Workers spotted raising a Newt sign into place on Florida primary night might have been giving the former speaker the only life he would get all evening.
NPR political correspondent Don Gonyea sends a photo from Newt Gingrich's Florida primary night headquarters in the big ballroom at Orlando's Rosen Centre of workers putting a big "Newt" sign into place as a backdrop for what's expected to be a tough night for the speaker. The workers may be giving the GOP presidential candidate the only "lift" he'll get all evening.
