New York City Students Pay To Store Cell Phones

Oct 4, 2012 (Morning Edition) — Cell phones are banned in New York City schools, but students cannot bear to leave them at home. So entrepreneurs have been parking trucks near schools, where students can leave their phone for a dollar a day.
