Cuba To Allow Its Citizens To Travel Freely Again

Oct 16, 2012 (All Things Considered) — Cuba has announced it will lift travel requirements and allow Cubans to travel freely in and out of their country. It's the first major change to the travel restrictions that were laid down over half a century ago.
