Watch him perform "Earthforms," the first single from his new album Beams, on KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic.Drawing inspiration from diverse currents of alternative rock and electronic music, Matthew Dear is a true original. During his recent visit to the KCRW studios, he talked about trying to follow a more straightforward path, but "this is just what comes out." Good news, because it's a fresh and exciting dance-rock fusion.
