Shops, Buyers Slow To Return To South Street Seaport

Nov 21, 2012 (Morning Edition / WNYC Radio) — Thanksgiving kicks off a key season for tourism in New York City. Visitors will find most of the city running as usual. But at least one key attraction, the South Street Seaport, has not yet recovered from Superstorm Sandy.
