Haagen-Dazs Wins Infringement Case In China

Dec 5, 2012 (Morning Edition) — U.S. food company General Mills, which owns the ice cream brand, complained that a Chinese clothes company's name was to similar to Haagen-Dazs. A judge in Beijing has agreed.
