Sandy Forces Questions About Waterfront Rebuilding

Dec 10, 2012 (Morning Edition / WNYC Radio) — Hurricane Sandy has not slowed the pace of waterfront construction in New York City. City officials accept sea levels are rising, but they believe they can design waterfront neighborhoods that will withstand the worst of it.
