Benghazi Report Faults State Department

Dec 19, 2012 (Morning Edition) — On Sept. 11 this year, U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed in Benghazi in what the Obama administration now calls a terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate. A review board said systematic management failures led to inadequate security at the consulate.
