Spain Might Trade Residency For Property To Combat Housing Bust

Dec 29, 2012 (Weekend Edition Saturday) — Spain is considering a plan to give full residency to foreigners who buy property worth more than $200,000. The offer is aimed at Russians, Chinese or Americans, who are normally limited to a three-month tourist visa.
