Winging It: Picking Apart A Super Bowl Staple

Feb 3, 2013 (Weekend Edition Sunday) — This weekend, Super Bowl spreads across the country will almost surely feature chicken wings. Should they be they slathered in buffalo sauce or fried to a crisp? Or both?
