Harriet Tubman Was 'Tough And Tender'

Mar 6, 2013 (Tell Me More) — People are thinking of unique ways to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Harriet Tubman's death. Vanessa Garrison, co-founder of the fitness group GirlTrek, is organizing a walk inspired by the abolitionist's steps. Also, Jacquelyn Serwer of the National Museum of African American History and Culture talks about Tubman's legacy.
