The President, The Pipeline And Environmental Politics

Mar 12, 2013 (Talk of the Nation) — The Obama administration will soon make a decision on the Keystone XL pipeline, the controversial project that would carry oil from Canada to the U.S. New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman says if the president approves the pipeline, he'll have leverage to demand climate change policy.
