Sexual Assault Victims: Military's Criminal Justice System Is Broken

Mar 13, 2013 (All Things Considered) — Victims of sexual assault in the military testified Wednesday on Capitol Hill. They spoke of commanders who brushed aside their charges and a culture that ridiculed women. It's why most victims never come forward, according to Pentagon polls.
