Former QB Drew Bledsoe Becomes Unlikely Lobbyist For Interstate Wine Sales

Mar 22, 2013 (All Things Considered) — Robert Siegel speaks with former New England Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe. In retirement, Bledsoe has taken up winemaking in his home state of Washington -- but a Massachusetts law banning wine shipments to residents is preventing some of his former fans from becoming customers. This week, Bledsoe traveled to the Massachusetts Statehouse to support a bill that would change that.
