Shoppers Should Avoid Sandy-Damaged Vehicles

Apr 29, 2013 (Morning Edition) — Thousands of cars were damaged or destroyed by Superstorm Sandy. Others were simply left unclaimed. Now six months after the storm, the car market is beginning to stabilize.
