Rail Planners Aim To Re-'Train' L.A.'s Car Culture

Apr 30, 2013 (Morning Edition) — Los Angeles is in the midst of a massive rail construction project. The hope is that one day Angelinos may take the train and walk around the city, rather than depend so fully on theirs cars. But a change on that level means much more than laying down train tracks.
