Death Valley Is Hot Tourist Destination, Literally

Jul 3, 2013 (Morning Edition) — Record-breaking temperatures are drawing crowds of visitors there, where they are frying eggs on sidewalks and posing next to a big unofficial thermometer showing temperatures as high as 132 degrees. Another draw is the aptly named Furnace Creek.
