First Female Member Of NYSE Muriel Siebert Dies At 80

Aug 26, 2013 (Morning Edition) — Muriel "Mickie" Siebert bought a seat on the exchange in 1967 and was also the first woman to head one of its member firms. She died Saturday in New York at age 80. The cause was complications of cancer.
