Oct 21, 2013 (Morning Edition) — The British government has announced plans to build two new nuclear reactors in southwest England. The agreement is worth nearly $26 billion. The deal is the first of its kind since Japan's Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011 -- and the first new British nuclear power station in two decades.
