Red State Hospitals Pressured To Care For The Poor Without More Medicaid

Feb 19, 2014 (Tell Me More) — About two dozen states refused to expand their Medicaid programs, leaving some hospitals wondering how they're going to treat the poor. Michel Martin speaks with reporters from Mississippi and Texas.
