President Obama travels to Toluca, Mexico, today to meet with the leaders of Mexico and Canada, where he is predicted to discuss efforts to broker a new trade agreement with Pacific nations.

Although the North American trio has been dubbed the “Three Amigos,” the three nations are locked in several thorny disputes that are likely to surface during the talks.

NPR’s Carrie Kahn joins Here & Now’s Robin Young from Mexico to discuss the summit and the challenging agenda ahead.
