Sep 27, 2012 — The federal judge said Thursday that Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55, was a flight risk. Prosecutors say he violated the terms of his probation. Nakoula was identified as the "key figure" behind Innocence of Muslims, the film that sparked riots across the Muslim world.
