Jul 21, 2006 — In a surprise move, the Adirondack Park Agency yesterday issued a permit approving construction of a new Lowe's superstore in Ticonderoga. The 153,000 square-foot store will sit next to the community's Wal-Mart store on the outskirts of the village.
