2005 Crane Candlelight Concert
Dec 04, 2005 — The Annual Candlelight Concert from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam was presented in Helen M. Hosmer Concert Hall on December 4, 2005. It featured the Crane Chorus, The Men's Ensemble, The Phoenix Club and Touring choir conducted by Adam Adler, Rebecca Reames and Heather Eyerly and The Crane Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Christopher Lanz. Jay Ungar and Molly Mason live at the Edwards Opera House
Oct 15, 2005 — Jay Ungar and Molly Mason packed the historic Edwards Opera House for a concert on October 15, 2005. NCPR's Joel Hurd was plugged into the sound board and produced this taste of a great live show. Their first number, The Montague Procession, is a Scandanavian walking tune by David Kraner. After the first verse, Jay and Molly are joined by 15 young fiddlers from the Trillium Performing Arts Center in Watertown. The second tune is Tampa, written by NPR newsman Paul Brown, and the audience joins in for a surprisingly tuneful and enthusiastic singalong. Go to full article
