State Nursing Home Grant Could Be Mixed Blessing
Feb 18, 2002 — New York Health Commissioner Antonia Novello visited Saranac Lake Friday, to announce a $700,000 grant for the Adirondack Medical Center. The money is part of a statewide effort to close a shortage in healthcare workers at hospitals and nursing homes. APA Approves New Communications Tower Regulations
Feb 18, 2002 — On Friday the Adirondack Park Agency approved a new policy that will guide construction of cell and broadcast towers in the mountains.
