Scozzafava praises Spitzer's speech

North Country Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava, a Republican, called the State of the State "a great speech". Scozzafava is minority whip in her chamber. She says Governor Spitzer's plans include measures that Assembly Republicans have long fought for, like civil confinement of violent sex offenders.
