Do you really know what your coworkers do when they leave the office? Some people might go home to their partners and kids and cook dinner, pick up the kids from soccer practice, or go to the movies. Others might dress up as medieval characters and run around local parks with swords and spindles. Barbecue is serious business

A lot of people like to barbecue in the summer. For most, it's a relaxing activity. For others it's serious business. Dan Mullin of Gouverneur has a passion for cooking and has made a career out of it. A hike through Elk Pass
