Boom time for North Country colleges

Colleges across the North Country say they're seeing a spike in the number of students turning up on campus this fall. That's great news for schools that are often big engines for local economies. Paul Smiths College, located north of Saranac Lake, has reopened a residence hall that had been shuttered. The school has also hired new faculty. Brian Mann sat down with college president John Mills.
