Oct 05, 2007 — As you may have heard on the air, North Country Public Radio is replacing our main tower and antenna in Canton for the first time since 1964. Yesterday was a big day in that process. Workers blasted into the bedrock of Waterman Hill for the new tower's foundation. David Sommerstein joined our engineer, Radio Bob Sauter, 75 feet away from the blast, for a Heard Up North.
