Feb 14, 2008 — An audience of 300 last night saw two different kinds of politician at the second debate between Republican Will Barclay and Democrat Darrel Aubertine. The two are campaigning to succeed state Senator Jim Wright. Barclay portrayed himself as the fighter who'll take on New York City Democrats. Aubertine spoke of bipartisanship and getting things done. And this time, in Watertown, the two didn't shy away from the tone set by attack ads that have been central to the race. David Sommerstein reports.
