Mar 10, 2008 — Thousands of homes in the North Country are still without power this morning. Heavy snow in the St. Lawrence Valley and a powerful ice storm in Essex and Warren County did the most damage. But power outages stretched to every county in the region. There have been no reports of major injuries or accidents. But as Brian Mann reports, some neighborhoods won't see their power restored until tomorrow afternoon.
