Apr 01, 2008 — Franklin County's public transportation system will be expanding its service to link both ends of Franklin County. Citing a steady increase in fuel prices that's driving up ridership, the county's new transportation coordinator said he plans to bring workers down to Lake Placid and shoppers north to the Malone Wal-Mart.
