Apr 04, 2008 — Pianist Larry Ham grew up in Millbrook, a small town near Poughkeepsie. Piano lessons as a child led to a love of music, specifically jazz. He graduated from the Crane School of Music, and since 1985 has worked as a composer and arranger in New York City. He's performed at jazz festivals and concerts across the globe, and returns to Potsdam for a concert this Sunday night at 7:30 pm in SUNY Potsdam's Wakefield Recital Hall. Todd Moe spoke with Larry Ham about his career and music.
