For more than two centuries, ships have docked at the village of Essex, on the shore of Lake Champlain. In recent years, the town's ferry connection to Vermont has grown in popularity. But now, a plan to expand the ship's dock--which lies in the heart of the historic district--has some locals worried. Brian Mann has this report.
