Getting ready for digital TV
Jun 03, 2008 — Digital TV is coming early next year even for folks with rabbit ears and rooftop antennas. On February 17, 2009, television networks will turn off their analog broadcasts and switch to digital. Experts say viewers can expect clearer pictures, better sound and more channel choices. If you have a TV not connected to a cable or satellite service, it will need a converter box.
