Joe Marocco and Doug Haney
(10/03/08) Since the StoryCorps Mobilebooth visited the North Country this summer, we've been spending a little time each Friday introducing you to some of the participants who got to document their stories by interviewing each other. On June 20th, in Saranac Lake, Doug Haney interviewed his friend Joe Marocco. They talked about a lot of things, including Joe's battle with cancer, which he won, and his somewhat distant relationship with his father. And it was this subject that prompted Doug to ask Joe about his reluctance to become a father himself.
