Nov 04, 2008 — Todd Moe talks with Geoff LeBaron, Christmas Bird Count Director for the National Audubon Society, about this year's Christmas Bird Count. For the 109th year, volunteer birders will fan out across the continent, starting in mid-December, for the annual event. LeBaron will speak Thursday night at 6 o'clock at the Seaway Trail Discovery Center in Sackets Harbor. He told Todd Moe he'll talk about the past, present and future of the bird count.
