Nov 06, 2008 — Dozens of St. Lawrence County artists will open their studio doors this weekend to visitors. NCPR is media sponsor for the 21st Annual Artists' Studio Tour. St. Lawrence County Arts Council executive director Hilary Oak says it gives visitors a chance to talk with artists about their creative process.
