Governor proposes closing school near Plattsburgh, cutting 24 jobs

Governor David Paterson says deep budget cuts are needed as New York state faces the most serious fiscal crisis since the Great Depression. His proposal will slash at least 24 jobs in Schuyler Falls, near Plattsburgh. As Brian Mann reports, the Governor wants to close a special-needs school run by the state Office of Children and Family Services.
