Dec 09, 2008 — Scoring a ticket to the Obama Inauguration next month has become all the rage, coast to coast. In the North Country, more than a thousand people looked to Congressman John McHugh for help. Each Representative was given nearly 200 tickets to the event. McHugh decided to give them away, but got many more requests than tickets.
